11th: Association of Wrens Council Meeting
The 255th meeting of the Council of the Association of Wrens will be held at the Carisbrooke Hall, Victory Services Club,63/79 Seymour Street, London W2 on 11 February 2012 at 1400hrs. Doors open from 1300. All members welcome, enquiries to HQ.

21st: AOW Standard Bearers' Training & Competition London
This occasional competition will be held on Saturday 21 April 2012 in the Lower Hall, St Columba's Church of Scotland, Pont Street, London (close to Harrods). There will be a practice session at 10am for competitors, and also for those not competing, plus any interested observers. The National Standard Bearer would be happy to help with any queries about this event. Contact the AOW secretary OR go to page 5 in the Feb 2012 issue of The Wren magazine.

21st: Celebration of the Armed Forces by Plymouth Argyle Football Club
A forerunner of the Plymouth National Armed Forces week celebrations in June is this single event, which will be a celebration of the Armed Forces hosted by Plymouth Argyle Football Club at Home Park.
